2-betboo Account Cancellation

In this case, or in the case the client is intended to cancel the account spontaneously, the existing bets are maintained and will be paid the total account balance.

3-Frauds
betboo has procedures and technology to detect frauds and inform the frauds suspicions to competent authorities.
Individuals who try to commit any kind of fraud on computing systems or at betboo sites, aiming, for example, alter sporting events results or even alter financial values of placed bets or prizes to be received, will be sued and any related transaction will lose validity.
4-Compulsory Nature
After joining betboo, the user agrees to follow the site’s current rules. If the user does not agree with any of the rules we suggest that no bets are placed at betboo.

8-System Error
You accept the possibility that accidental events might happen and cause a System Error. You also take on the duty to inform us whenever you experience or become aware of any error in your betboo.com account, either related to miscalculation of currency conversion, entry of bets or prizes, financial records, history of on-screen or e-mail results, entry of amounts or quotas in the register of bets, display of balance on cash boards or game boards. 10-Fraudulent Behavior
In the event that BetBoo deems that a User has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Service, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, BetBoo shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to the Service, terminating such User's account with BetBoo, seizing all monies held in the User's BetBoo account, disclosing such information (including the identity of the User) to financial institutions, relevant authorities and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such User.
